Originally designed for a competition held by New York’s Museum of Modern Art in 1948, the chair is now widely considered to be one of the most important furniture designs of the 20th century.
Pop-up customers can design their own custom version and have it delivered in just 72 hours.
Vitra has also collaborated with the Saatchi Gallery and London’s Churchill Hotel to create a suite for art and design lovers where everything is for sale.
Interesting, but does anybody really want to sleep in a showroom?
